Return Eligibility
At Sufimon, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in its original packaging.
• The return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
• Your order number
• A clear photo of the item
• A photo of the packaging (if applicable)
After reviewing the issue, we will offer an appropriate solution such as a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for returns, including:
• Items that have been used or washed
• Items that are damaged due to customer misuse
• Items returned after the allowed return period
Refunds
Once your return request is approved and the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.
Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been processed, cancellation may no longer be possible.
